What is your shipping policy?

At this time, we offer domestic shipping in the United States. Our current shipping options are 1) USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box, or 2) Local Pick-up for Cookeville, TN and Thompsons Station, TN customers. 

When will I receive my package?

USPS Priority Mail arrives within 1-3 business days. Orders will be processed and shipped by Drover Rideshare Co within 24 hours, so you should receive your orders within 3-5 days of placing your order. 

I am a new Drover... what do i need?

All Drovers need three Drover t-shirts (polos or regular t-shirts) and a magnet. We offer a discounted bundle package with these items for $45 -- a $10.50 savings from simply adding three shirts and a magnet to your cart regularly.

what is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of placing an order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to some defect in the product that was the fault of Drover. Returns will be processed after we receive your item.

Defective Drover Magnets have a 60 day warranty during which time, if your magnet breaks from normal use, you can send it back to us and we will send you a replacement.
